Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped cancellation is not allowed.
To request cancellation customers must contact our support team with order details.
If the order is cancelled successfully the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after cancellation approval.
