1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with:

- Product images or video (if damaged/defective)

3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details or UPI ID for refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or washed products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products returned after the return period
5. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product) → Return shipping will be free.
- If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind) → Shipping charges may be deducted from refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
